Tharaka Nithi County has its first Community Health Strategy with a 1:10.3 ROI. 1,265 CHWs covering 90% of the county, each receiving KES 3,000/month. As our Health Financing Advisor Lucy Gathoni heads to Tanzania, we welcome Diana Gatwiri and thank the county leadership.
