Why do you think your beloved sistani and other maraji rule that friday prayer is completely wajib only with an infallible Imam? Anyways here's Shaykh al-Tusi stating that, “It is the ijma of Shi'as that friday prayer can only be held with an infallible Imam or his permission.”

Prayer for eid: Imam al-Sadiq (a) was asked about a man who does not attend the Eid prayer. Should he pray it in his house (furada)? Imam (a) said: “Yes, and there is no (eid) prayer except with a just Imam (the Prophet or the 12 Imams).” [Source: Mustadrak al-wasail, Vol.6]

@sayyid_sasuke @shia_aliakbar Hurr al-Amali’s understanding is quite weak on this issue. Allahyari’s opinion regarding this is the same as our classical Muhadithin.

@3bdal7ujjah No it's not. Allah imposing strong men on the enemies who shed the blood of Aal Muhammad (s) is not the same as Allah commanding us to rise up to avenge bloodshed of Aal Muhammad (s) [probably refers to al-mukhtar & his group, God knows]
