While this may be an unnecessary dunk, it shows my leap in progress relating to footwork. In the first clip (July) my steps are choppy and short. In the second clip (October) I take steps that are much longer and lower leading to a much better explosion upwards.

After suffering from a herniated disc in early June, I realized my athleticism and mobility was a privilege that needed to be trained rather than a gift I’ll always have.
Since July 5th, I’ve been training to not only increase my vertical by 5 inches, but switch to a SG as well.
