Karl Hiller is the same official from the Division of Corporation Finance who has put Next Bridge through 15+ rounds of questions regarding their S-1 and financials. Not only has he allegedly been in contact with University Lands’ CEO and General Counsel, but he has now admitted to communicating with Hiller, potentially sabotaging the entire S-1 process for Next Bridge Hydrocarbons.
