Today I turned 35. Every trip around the sun is a gift. So today I’m running on about 2 hours sleep, because every day needs to be lived.

I'd just like to say that the staff at The Ulster Hospital @setrust were fantastic with our wee man over the last couple of days, from A&E to minor surgery under general - auxiliary staff, nurses, and doctors.
He's in fine form and arguably in better form than he was before 😎

I’m on azithromycin for the foreseeable future as we try to help my lungs heal. Everything else we try to keep as similar as possible as I work on a full recovery and resilience.

I turned 30 yesterday and spent the night on a beer bike drinking raw gin with the Queen of TikTok herself, Danni Walsh 😂

It’s been a rough 6 months but today I got news that I’ve made the @ShawTrust #DisabilityPower100 shortlist for the first time!
Disability advocacy never stops and I’ve been quieter here while I’m working on something big and urgent for disabled people in Northern Ireland.
