Reminds me of when I worked as a quantity surveyors assistant for a building firm - I made the job look easy as I am extremely organised. Everything was filed and easy to find, all proposals & estimates were written up, photocopied, bound and dispatched on time, all vehicles were mot'd, taxed etc on time, I even had time to take all of managements cars to the car wash weekly. I asked for a 2k pay rise - it was refused so I got another job..... they ended up taking on 2 people to do my job, nothing was filed correctly, mot's were missed, proposals often went out late! - cost the company an extra 12k a year, should have given me the 2k pay rise!
