@Sainsburys_Bank I am glad that you think this but I have just been on the phone and although I did get the phone answered, all of the systems to do with accessing any of my information in order to answer my question have been down all day and still down.

@Sainsburys_Bank Why is there no message about what is currently happening with your customer service, or no customer service. It is bad enough to have the phone lines unavailable, but can you not at least give some customer care and tell us why!!!
