Sooo That's El Nino . Now I know. Finally The core idea: Normally, strong trade winds push warm Pacific water from east to west. That keeps one side of the ocean relatively dry and the other wet. Every 2–7 years the system flips: Storms create bursts of wind that blow in the opposite direction. Those winds slow or reverse the normal airflow. Warm water gets pushed back the other way. This creates big temperature and pressure differences. The whole weather pattern flips — bringing storms and heavy rain to some regions, and droughts + wildfires to others.
