A doctor who treated Samantha Steele testified her professional diagnosis was intoxication. Four officers, a nurse and an event witness also testified she was intoxicated. Steele presented no defense. Under this judge’s standard, no DUI gets convicted without a blood sample.

Without that evidence there is hardly ever enough to convict. Most people don’t have the will power to refuse everything which means she’s probably had this advice
