@FirejacksUK I may have typed this twice by mistake but last week I went to the Northampton branch and I wanted to leave my feedback. Clealry rewarmed nachos soft almost chewy and Chicken Tenders which hardly covered the dish surface. 3 tenders... you must be joking. Hopeless

@FirejacksUK Hi fire jacks, we’re Basildon, dinner order #777 deliverd no chips and missing onion rings, rang branch, first guy spoke to said they might send out but would have to wait (while mains go cold) then manager came to phone, basically told us it’s tough even though orders sealed

@FirejacksUK Saturday evening left with sour taste in our mouths, and terrible atmosphere, food missing from our delivery order and your staff not only rude but couldn’t give a damn £78 order and received only half of it and no interest in addressing it, fuming 😡

@FirejacksUK Just had the worst takeaway I have ever recieved from any restaurant. I ordered a delivery from Firejacks Stevenage and it was beyond awful. I tried to contact the restaurant but their phone isn't working. Please can someone contact me about this. Many thanks.

@FirejacksUK our order has the wrong chips - instead of waffle fries with jalapeno cheese we were given sweet potato fries with bacon and cheese. I tried reaching you on the phone but didn't get the line

@JustEatUK absolutely appalling service from you and @FirejacksUK.Food is stone cold and inedible but after 30mins on phone will only offer 50% refund @JustEatUK - so I’m paying £20 to eat no food. So disappointed with the service......and @FirejacksUK answer the phone!!!! 😡😡😡
