Since creating tokens seems to be working (with known bugs devs are fixing up)
1. Tokens are bought / sold on a bonding curve forever
2. All authorities are revoked - SOL can never leave the bonding curve to ray or to anywhere
3. Trading fees are 1% just like everywhere else
