@FirestoneAuto Here is an idea. Adding maintenance records to one's account. When one does that it is on a per car basis, yes or no? Email addresses may come or go, the same with phone numbers. So, instead of adding a record by phone number or invoice #, what about VIN?

Hey @FirestoneAuto, why does your website keep showing available appointments online but keep saying they aren't available once you try book them? EVERY.SINGLE.APPOINTMENT no matter the date or time says the SAME.DAMN.THING. Fix your website!

Since I worked here for 5 in half years @DiscountTire please buy out @FirestoneAuto because their customer service is absolutely horrible my car is ruined and no longer operating after a major repair the manager at this store is terrible walked me out the store after 1900$+repair

@FirestoneAuto I made appt for state inspection & told them I have to wait for it. Didn’t know I’d have to wait 5.5hrs until I arrived. 4 hrs to go. Bad, bad policy!! Please change it. I’ll never come back again.

@FirestoneAuto Steve, I did not have a bad experience at one of your stores. My beef is with the bank that handles your credit card; they added a four-dollar charge to my monthly statement because I had it mailed! Unacceptable.

@FirestoneTires Firestone, who uses CFNA CREDIT FIRST BANK NOW CHARGES A FOUR DOLLAR PAPER STATEMENT FEE! I could not cut up my Firestone card quick enough after reading this and will never ever use it again but you did get four dollars out of me! I cut up my Firestone card!

Firestone Auto lied to me. Told me I needed major, obscenely expensive repairs that I didn't. Control arm for steering is fine. Not the first time. Bad company.

@FirestoneAuto has got a lot to improve. Maybe this branch isn’t professional enough. You come up with non-existing faults to make money? We don’t need to spend 1000+ every 3 months just by booking for oil change. You suggest a wiper change that’s just been done a week ago?

PSA - do not use @FirestoneAuto My daughter had her brakes “fixed” a few weeks ago at a location in Raleigh. On her way to Charleston Wednesday, her car was making a noise & the brakes went out. Luckily she was on a city side street and used the emergency brake to stop. 🧵

Tires with 11,000 miles and a nail. Firestone told me they are not repairable. Firestone said this is not repairable because of the location and that I would need a new tire. It's a slow leak, about 1-2 psi a day. I am in disbelief that this is not repairable.. Can I not just get a fix kit? 🤧
