Roblox appears to be testing a new death animation. Instead of the classic 'falling apart' death, players will now ragdoll when they die. This feature is currently only available in Roblox Studio.

@TaylorDev_ @liandry00 @Roblox Most absolutely do NOT look fine. Most, have been reduced to neutral frowns. Faces completely removed from their original intended design. Why should I have to trust some other UCG creator to REMAKE what I already had? Even then thats unlikely to happen, I used XD 1.0 on Hex.

@Firewing11 @liandry00 @Roblox Most look fine and they are trying to work through them between now and mid-summer. UGC creator's can also upload their own for you to buy if you wish for that to happen. This does also simlify the backend and frontend of avatar creation since before was 2 systems, 1 feature

They ruined countless avatars with AI generated slop and metaverse trash nobody asked for or wanted. Instead of an elegant solution they flopped their big corpo dick on the table.

As a developer, this gives a lot more leeway on animation capabilites across the platform and Roblox has said that they are committed to 1:1 designs having hired UGC groups to help with that coming to summer
