@firstenergycorp @momangel92 2 cherry picker trucks in my outage area and the crews came to sleep. That is bull shit. I have video and will take it to local TV and OPUC. FAFO -crews should only come to and outage area to work not to eat or sleep as we suffer the end of 4th day no power.

@firstenergycorp Horrible- 96 hours without power. Crew showed up did nothing and left. Nothing has been done. Temps are plummeting. Outages last night in the area have already been fixed. Our outage NOTHING. This has been saying this since 2pm yesterday when they showed and left.

@firstenergycorp thanks for nothing. You keep telling the tree company to come to the road to meet you so you can ground the wire. Then you never showed up. It’s been 3x. My neighbor is trapped on his property and can’t leave because of a dangerous wire on the ground. Many of us have to go to work tomorrow but we can’t do any wash and there is no laundry mat nearby. However you made sure the multi million ranch and other high end homes were taken care of despite not have not having a dangerous situation like we do.

@firstenergycorp My power came back on then turned back off roughly an hour later on Friday, it’s now Sunday and I have no power still, my house has been extremely cold since yesterday.. I made a report about no power on the website and I see that the marker I made is gone it hasn’t been fixed

@firstenergycorp Seriously what is taking so long? It’s been 36 hours since the outage was reported. Crews “arrived” 8 hours ago and still nothing has been done. The outage map is terrible, you give no updates, this is getting ridiculous. Give us real updates.
