𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗺/Roy Drill 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗲 #𝟰 Following on from yesterday’s discussion around the ~7m “package” in Hole #3, we’re seeing very similar geological characteristics emerging in Hole #4. The core shown here continues to display the same structural and hydrothermal ingredients that caught our attention previously: • Strong alteration • Multiple shear zones • Quartz veining and quartz flooding • Sulphides within the altered host rock • Deformation and repeated structural movement When you repeatedly see: Alteration → Shearing → Quartz → Sulphides → More veining …across the holes, it points to a well-developed structural corridor capable of hosting mineralisation. Hole #4 continues to reinforce the consistency of the hydrothermal system at Roy. As Marc explained in yesterday’s video, this is exactly the type of geological architecture exploration teams hope to intersect when drilling gold systems.
