@FirstMerchants I don't know what is going on, but I can't even log in to my app! From ATMs that don't work half the time to this, something needs to change! Please help!

@FirstMerchants epic customer service fail that I’d like to share with you, but of course your branch closed at noon, and I can’t contact anybody to leave a voicemail. You’ve completely moved from neighborhood banking/service and I will be moving my business & personal accounts.

@FirstMerchants you bought out my local bank, closed our local branch, moved my mortgage to another company and now accused me of canceling my insurance? No lapse in my insurance but a definite lapse in your customer service!

Hey @FirstMerchants when I called to see where my replacement debit card was because it expires at the end of the month. I didn't want you to cancel my current card. Now all my purchases are declined. Terrible. Just infuriating.
