A new Bill has been proposed that seeks to create a central sacco where 30+ saccos pool funds and manage cash. The Bill also creates a two-level system where members save in saccos, and saccos pool funds into a central sacco.

Kutoka niache pombe, its now 3 months. Hii journey haijakua rahisi considered that I was an addict. Being alcohol free is cool until reality ikupige. Wale wasichana walikua na mimi wakiniita all sweet names they all dissapearred. Mabois wangu wenye walikua waniita tajiri and all good names they are no longer there. Sahii naishi ile maisha ya Khalif Kairo. I just stay alone. Back then, i used to receive alot of calls from people checking up. Sikuhizi buana hata simu zangu hawashiki. Hii sasa ndio inaitwa harsh reality. Sikua naexpect ati one I will lack friends. My fellows wenye mliacha pombe mnahandle aje maisha ya kuishi pekee yenu without friends? Mimi imeanza kunilemea buana.
