I'm thinking about hosting a "World Cup" online tournament after Pitch Black drops on PTCGL 👀 I'm open to suggestions but my rough idea is: - 16 or 32 three player teams in a double elim bracket (1 team per country) - cash prizing (sponsors?) - google form for team applications with whatever team has the most combined championship points from last season representing their country - streamed 😀

Finished rank 1 Global I had to step up my game this season to keep up with the next generation. I can't believe the attendance and the overall level the community has reached Hope to keep innovating next season, and want to thank you all so much for the continued support. ending the season at 717 points, so no worlds for me. made 7/9 day 2s and still whiffed, so honestly i deserve it for being so awful at the game. really enjoyed competing this year, was cool to finally try for a full season. unfortunately will not be doing this again next year.

Finished 7th NA for the 2026 season. Really felt like I elevated my play immensely this season but fell short of a major win yet again. Still hungry to get a win it’ll come soon enough.

2026 season had a lot of ups and downs so next season I am going to be looking to solidify my gameplay and hopefully become more consistent. Super happy to have finally made my first top 8 and starting 11-0 at Indy was definitely the highlight of the season. Will keep improving🙏

Season recap! (LOTS OF YAP) I had some really high highs this season and some really low lows. 5/7 Day 2s with 2 cashes (31st at NA) in a season without Pidgeot ex 😁 I’ve always liked to win my way, but sometimes that leads me to playing some pretty underpowered decks (Pittsburgh + Vegas). My lowest point of the year was forcing myself to play the BDIF (Gardy). It wasn’t fun, I wasn’t good at it, and it overall just made me feel miserable. It made me feel like if I couldn’t win with the BDIF, was I even good at Pokémon? The turning point of my season was deciding to play Bolt to Orlando for fun. The deck was surprisingly good and made me feel like I wasn’t totally washed. Sometime after Orlando, my local judge said she was quitting her job as a teacher and could finally go to Worlds as a spectator. She told me she NEEDED me to lock in. At the time I was exhausted from all the grinding just to end up disappointed in myself and if I didn't have someone else to work for I'm not sure I could of kept going. I started grinding Clefairy immediately after rotation because it was fun, but as it got closer to Indy I wasn’t sure if I should play it. What if it was terrible like the other decks I had worked on by myself? I couldn’t fail again. Luckily my friends talked me into playing it and it worked out! Despite the Top 32, I still needed a Top 128 at NAIC for my invite and was doubting my deck again. What if I hit a bunch of autolosses and bombed? I had no more chances. I tried my hardest to not play Clefairy but couldn’t find anything better. I don’t really know what to say about the run. It still feels like a dream.

Year 2 Masters in the books. Season Phase 1 record- 43-0-5. Luckily my Phase 2 record improved these last two events. Happy to have finished 3rd at Indy & NAIC. After 6 events, I ended up 9th in NA and 15th Global…feels pretty awesome.
