Dominion software and mail-in ballots allowed election workers to create new fraudulent voters out of thin air. 2020 election workers testified observing new mail-in ballots being backdated from 11/4/ to 11/2, and entering fraudulent information, including dates of birth of 1/1/1900, into the electronic poll books and processing those ballots for tabulation. The ballot information was not in the electronic or paper supplement poll books prior to that, which allowed them to create new voters out of thin air to be tabulated and then found in the poll books. They also found over 17,000 dead people's obituaries who allegedly voted in the Michigan 2020 election.

DHS’s role in election security is expanding. 2) Mail-in ballots are being reformed, with “unique intelligent mail barcodes”, and these ballots can only be mailed to citizens on the state citizenship lists created by DHS and SSA. 3) The order also directs the AG to prioritize investigations and prosecutions of election-related crimes, particularly related to distributing/collecting illegal ballots to/from non-citizens. In conclusion, Trump is using DHS to secure elections via managing the voter rolls and preventing mail-in ballot fraud, while the DOJ has been instructed to prosecute any attempts to cheat.
