Congratulations to all the swimmers who represented the Swim Wales East & West teams at the @SwimEngland #CountyTeamChamps!👏 Our East team finished 13th in Division 1️⃣ with a score of 310 points, and the West team were 10th in Div 2️⃣ with 366. Ymdrech ffantastig!

This was 2 weeks ago at our home sprint meet. Absolutely manic & really long day but so wish we could do it all again today. Instead we are separated & some of us travelling over 100 mile round trip to train for less time that we would usually on a Sunday 10 miles away.
