@suriya1112 @FitnessFirstME I am convinced @FitnessFirstME you guys are scammers. I am disappointed at your service. The refund is more than 7 months late and I doubt they shall pay it back.

@FitnessFirstME I joined your Localizer Mall branch on Jan 20, 2025. It closed within a week. I submitted the refund form in March, and was told the refund would take 8 weeks. It’s now far beyond that, and there’s been no update or refund. Please respond urgently.

@FitnessFirstME Dear @FitnessFirstME, I am writing here from frustration. Could I get a refund otherwise I'm convinced you are scammers. The Riyadh branch was closed last year. 7 months down the line all I have is a trail of emails about follow up with no actual follow up. I am disappointed.

@FitnessFirstME Again nothing will be sent on DM until this matter is closed and the refund sent. Riyadh office closed last year. That's a whopping 5 months ago. We filled in forms and even sent follow up emails. The management said they would communicate in a week of it's closure to no avail.

@FitnessFirstME I sent a message via email for a refund and it hasn't been responded to. The gym closed in Riyadh 5 months ago and an agent called asked me to send the account where the funds were to be returned and I haven't received a reply or the refund...email from Dennis Muyonga
