@jimmy_sarga @paynedre1 @jeffphilips1 There are 3 categories of APC supporters: 1. The ones who feed off the rot, as SSAs or political jobbers or contractors etc, 2. The ones who fantasize that they can one day succeed, like Tinubu despite his shadiness did, 3. The poor ones who love that everyone else is now poor.

Never forget, Venezuela was and is never the target Iran was and is never the target The target has always been China Iran is a sideshow; the US's interest is in controlling the flow of excess oil that can potentially flow to China Just as China has used rare earth to slow down the US military industrial complex, the US is seeking to do the same with crude oil With Venezuela and Iran offline, or in conflict, the only other swing producer apart from the US is Russia, and currently, Ukraine is reducing Russian oil output This is the same strategy the US used against Japan in the 1930s

@eldivine Seems like Ekwensu and the yoruba Esu are literally the same person, cos you just described the other one too to the letter.

Slight additional context: Ekwensu was a chaos god, a god of destruction. Towns in Pre colonial Igbo land usually invoked it during war times to help fight their enemies but the problem is that it often demanded constant blood sacrifices and many expensive rituals to contain its chaos and destructive energies. Failing so, the towns themselves experienced the same thing unless they cleansed their town of it, which took a lot to do. By the time Christians came and started talking about Satan, Ekwensu was the closest thing they could imagine it as, and so the name stuck.
The Boy is Good@_theboyisgood_

Ekwensu is the principal deity that was invoked for strategy, especially during Ekumeku war. This explains why it became renamed as the Devil or Satan in the adapted form of Christianity in Southern Nigeria The Ekumeku (1883–1914) was a 31-year guerrilla resistance movement by Igbo people in the Anioma and Onitsha areas against British colonial rule

I'm from Ondo and I enjoy eating amala with vegetable soup than with ewedu or gbegiri. Ondo and ekiti people no really fancy gbegiri like that coz we get our own vegetables. If you eat amala with worowo, legede or amunututu, you'll likely forget gbegiri. Yoruba is rich and diverse.
Muna@Munalozy

The first day I ate amala, I just knew it could never go well with any soup apart from ewedu, okra, and ogbono, because the texture blends smoothly and makes it easy to swallow. I think any soup that isn’t slimy isn’t for amala.

@Morris_Monye Parts of France are German tho, for instance, Arlene Wenger came from the German part of France. Also, most European countries are an amalgam of various nations. For instance, Spain, where the basque want independence, and andalusian does not call himself galician or castilian.
