After having played many sets with Sephi's Shaheen in ranked, its actually super awkward to move around his pokes due to their range and tracking, and their amazing frames keeping you stuck. For a "bottom 5" character, his buttons sure don't seem to be lacking.

@tekkenUlsan The problem for me with T8 is i always feel cheated... win or lose, i just feel irritated when playing. T7 I always felt like I had made a mistake, in this I have to just keep telling myself that its T8 and it doesnt matter.
