Stealing 🚙 to repair 🚘 that insurers had sold as repairable, even though the ABI know very well that there aren’t enough used legit parts in existence to fix them. That’s a mouthful. Let’s try 🚗 insurers selling fucked 🚗 as fixable and not giving a toss how they get fixed!

Who you use to carry out your repairs is entirely up to you. While your insurer may try and convince you to use their approved repairer, the choice is yours as you are the Policyholder. Insurers have to be seen to ‘treat customers fairly’ as they are governed by the FSA. ✅
