Correction to my previous post about the Chinese National Audit Office report: I stated that the public version of the report did not specify whether China Women's News was among the 18 units found in violation. I was wrong. The full report (38 pages) includes departmental annexes that I initially missed. Entry #31, under the All-China Women's Federation (page 32 of 38), specifically names China Women's News and confirms the following findings: - From 2024 to 2025, China Women's News conducted illegal paid news reporting, earning 914,500 yuan - Its subsidiary Marriage and Family Magazine sold publication numbers, with partner companies illegally collecting 10,118,700 yuan - The China Marriage and Family Research Institute, under ACWF oversight, allowed contracting companies to exploit its influence to illegally collect 11,390,100 yuan in publicity fees This is directly from the official Chinese government audit report, available at: audit.gov.cn/n5/n25/c107929… (Page 32 of 38, Entry #31: 全国妇联) I take full responsibility for the oversight in my previous post. The information was there, I missed it. This is exactly why I ask everyone to verify for themselves, including verifying what I say. Been thinking really hard: infold’s decision degraded and disrespected a lot of hard working artists’ time. They disrespected the VAs, disrespected the team and put them into ugly crunch hours all over ego. We already established how they made the players feel, but the artists are a different story. Them failing financially isn’t enough for me
