@FizzyLiatus Most of the time, I go into every comm with “if accepted” here’s what I’d like and I say that explicitly. On skeb / crepe I will say “if for any reason you don’t want to draw my char, feel free to decline”. And it the ones I do get back, feel much better that way ^^

Did we all see that post from that one artist yesterday vague posting about hating working on certain designs.. 😭 Like even if it was engagement bait, probably over half the engagement was ppl blocking them.. It made me so sad to see. I’d rather they just deny my request atp ;^;

@toashti Agreed, it's frustrating especially since the potential piece was smth to look forward to. That's why sometimes I still feel hesitant about requesting, like an artist's style can be amazing so you get excited about the result, but then there's a possibility of 'stuff' arising 🥲

@FizzyLiatus i agree ;-; and like it's totally fine if they don't like my designs or want to draw them, thats fine - its really about the choice & sometimes you can really tell when someone didn't want to work with you and its such a bad feeling as a client :<

So people really publicly reject art commissions because they don't like the designs?? Man, my only struggle is that I worry I can't do them ENOUGH justice for their amazing designs and that's why I'm afraid of Vtuber comms. I don't wanna let any of these amazing people down. 😭
