Goffinsville Park boat ramp will temporarily close beginning tomorrow due to safety concerns following the discovery of significant underwater erosion. Repairs are expected to take 9-12 months. Boaters can use Holly Point Boat Ramp in the meantime. We appreciate your patience.

Nassau County Solid Waste collected and recycled 733 tires during the March 28 Waste Tire Amnesty Day, helping keep our community clean and environmentally safe. Remember, up to four tires per household can be disposed of free year-round at the Convenience Recycle Center.
