On one hand, the recognition of need for more offense from the backend and improved special teams is good. In the other hand, Ken Holland is the one that replaced Gavrikov and Spence with Dumo and Ceci, so you’re basically having to undo your own mistakes now.

@Kopitar4HOF As @JWPatarino has said, the very cheap and forward looking solution to Dumoulin is right there in Booth. In house Ceci solution, not so much, but good to hear Brzustewicz is heading in the right direction. @NHLRussell

@FlamesFanUK Booth maybe another year or less away. Brzusstewicz will take 2-3 years. He's still only 19 but has potential. Got better as each game went on during his stint with ONT
