@kalvin_hz methylphenidate gave me very similar results when it came to osu, as did Focalin (dexmethylphenidate). The shaking stopped after I switched from Focalin to Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and then eventually to Adderall IR (Dextroamphetamine/Amphetamine), maybe see if thats an option?

Just found out that my adhd medication (methylphenidate) is probably the cause of my shake in osu. This is me trying to hold still without tensing up.
