@allabouttrains2 No, sadly not. I know theres certain regional railcards like the one for Cumbria but you'd have to be a resident of that area to be eligible.

Thats great and all, but I'm now 31 and no longer eligible for any railcards* until I'm 60. 🙃

Having barely survived Meningitis myself when I was little, this hits home hard. Meningitis is one of the most insidious diseases out there. If it doesn't kill you, it'll likely leave you with long term deficits instead. I can only hope that those 11 sufferers can beat this. 🙏

Back at it, doing what I do best. Plenty overtime as well so I've definitely got my hands full for the next few weeks. Those future trips have got to pay for themselves somehow. 😁

Unfortunately we identified separate issues on both cars which prevented them from starting the Chinese GP, with Oscar's being removed from the grid shortly before the formation lap. We will now work to identify each issue. #McLarenF1 | #ChineseGP 🇨🇳

And thats that for another trip. 🥲 So whats next? Well, er, nothing. Sort of. I've got some ideas for some day trips here and there but since my railcard is due to expire and my next annual leave isn't until June, I'll have to scale back a bit. I've got some ideas though... 😉
