We just released Flax 0.1.7 based on Chia 1.3.2 (flaxnetwork.org/download.html). Most notably, this release picks up a security fix to OpenSSL CVE-2022-0778 (see github.com/Chia-Network/c… for more details). We urge an update at your earliest convenience.

We just released Flax 0.1.6 based on Chia 1.3.0. Many major improvements: - Farming/light wallet mode can now be selected at startup. - Wallets now synced instantly instead of taking hours or days. - V2 Database format saves a bunch of space (run it with `flax db upgrade`).

This initial release is based on the latest Chia Light Wallet, in beta. In an upcoming release, we will also support sending and receiving custom asset tokens on the Flax Network. Have a great weekend! 😀

The Flax Light Wallet can be installed and run alongside the full Flax farming client on the same machine without conflicts or interference (we fixed that upstream bug!), or can be run by itself on a secured machine to manage cold wallet balances.

We just released the first version of our Flax Light Wallet! #light" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">flaxnetwork.org/download.html#… This light client lets you send and receive Flax without needing a full node and wallet sync!

To improve network connectivity, we also added new global nodes. You'll automatically be connected to these via our introducers, and can add them directly as node-{us,ca,eu,apac}.flaxnetwork.org:6888, in addition to the existing node-{1..12}.flaxnetwork.org:6888 nodes.

We just released Flax 0.1.5, based on Chia 1.2.11 (flaxnetwork.org/download.html). This optional release picks up Chia's node performance improvements for dealing with high transaction volumes. This is recommended for Raspberry Pis and lower-end systems.

Just like in our previous versions, we support farming with NFT plots for the entire 2 XFX reward. You will get 0.25 XFX immediately, and the remaining 1.75 XFX pool reward will enter your wallet after one week. You can track this on the Flax Explorer (flaxexplorer.org/nft).

Chia 1.2.10 also fixed a database corruption bug that came from setting the SQLite database persistance mode to "yolo" (we previously decided not to pick up that change, so no version of Flax was affected 😀).

We just released Flax 0.1.4 based on Chia 1.2.10 (flaxnetwork.org/download.html). This optional release picks up Chia's new password protection feature for your valuable wallet keys.

We just released Flax 0.1.3 based on Chia 1.2.9 (flaxnetwork.org/download.html)! This is a bugfix release that fixes a major issue (present in Chia 1.2.7 and below) that allows a malicious transaction to propagate and prevent block creation, thereby stopping the network.

Flax 0.2 will bring full secure pooling support for all Chia plots on Flax (OG as well as NFT!) and is in private testnet -- we hope to have something public to announce soon! Thanks for all your support!

This update is optional if you are happy with how your setup is working (upgrade if you are interested in the resource usage improvements), but **our upcoming Flax 0.2 will be a mandatory upgrade for everyone**.

We just released Flax 0.1.2 based on Chia 1.2.7. This is a bugfix release that pulls in Chia's recent improvements to memory and resource usage, as well as UI bugfixes.
