@arteleave Love the Hendricks pick up. I might be slightly bias though. I grew up playing pony league with him. Always been happy with his approach and how he pitches. Gonna bring great leadership to the pen.

The issue with Angels twitter is that no matter what happens people will complain We could sign burnes and Soto and people will still complain Hendricks isn’t getting us to the World Series but for 2.5 million who fucking cares Rendon is getting paid to literally sit on the bench (making 30+ Pujols literally forced the angels to trade away first baseman and then was completely uncooperative at the end But 2.5 million is where e draw the line? @JeffFletcherOCR Hi Jeff, are there any stats on his ERA as a starter / long relief compared to high leverage situations? I know that many relievers have different splits but, anecdotally, it just feels that Jaime's could be notably different? Alternatively I could be completely wrong!

The Angels star of the game is Jaime Barria. He pitched 4.1 innings of relief, allowing all the other Angels relievers to get the day off in this blowout. It's 12-4, going to the 9th.
