A Bitcoin worth $2000 was sent to my @jeroidng wallet on 27/01/2026 at about 9:31am, but till now it has not reflected. When I contacted customer care, I was told the wallet address had been disabled and any coins sent to it cannot be retrieved. My question is simple: if the wallet was truly disabled, why was the transaction processed successfully and even charged fees instead of being rejected as an invalid address? I never received any notification about any wallet upgrade or deactivation.
