Hi Peter, thank you for reaching out. In the past year we added new strength modalities (including kettlebells and the Strength+ app), on-device entertainment (YouTube, Disney+), launched Personalized Plans, and introduced Peloton Teams. Given these additions—and what’s next—we’re updating fees for the first time in over three years so we can keep investing in better ways to train with you. This change also reflects the rising costs of operating the business.

@onepeloton I called @onepeloton cust service to gain an understanding of what benefits I will enjoy as a result of a more than 10% monthly price increase. ‘Nothing, it’s a result of inflation.’ That cannot be true? I hope a representative from Peloton can explain this for me.
