add more ranked incentives for players to grind Radiant so the ladder fills up? nah let’s lower the ladder so Radiant means less and create an illusion that NA ranked isn’t crumbling at higher elos

@viv1enna Yes ofc but the bare minimum is now that if we have mr billy grinding for immo 3 in the start of the act and his peak is 300 he’ll get radiant out of nowhere, it can even be luck. Its so disappointing.
