@doswell93_ I still do weights, I just do the maximum weight I have, about 13kg on a dumbell and rep it 10 times with each arm after doing my work out.

@Flip2theflop1 I've done it in the past and it can be great. I won't lie though I do miss the sound of the weights 😂

So going to be starting a new workout plan soon which do I choose? Going to do both then show the results and review it end of 4 weeks
