@AminBoxing1718 Agreed, "random" tests can be conducted in any way they deem appropriate. For example our drug program in construction includes "random testing. Although we are notified that by our employer that we have been selected for a random a month in advance of receiving the letter.

well victor conte confirmed it as much before he died that frequency of testing is very low depending on funding. and wether these are actually random or not is not somethibg i'm gonna seriously discuss bc i don't believe so but i don't have no actual proof to back that belief up.

@AminBoxing1718 From what I was reading about their program, they know where their athletes are at all times and track their locations. Then they VADA can come test them at anytime and anywhere. Conte was famous for studying testing patterns and learning to beat the tests based on frequencies.

fair enough you have dat point. think the problem is tho that when the wbc is the one funding the programm the frequency of testing is super low and sometimes don't test at all. while i think when guys use higher funds for vada testing the frequency of the tests goes up. bc again we have seen ppl complain about no testing. we have heard ppl complain that during camp there was 15 days without testing etc. and victor conte has explained this that the frequency of testing depends on the funds somebody puts up for the testing programm

wbc clean boxing programm doesn't just outright give random high frequency testing. that's on the sanctioning body and promotional company on how much they pay for testing for set fight. just bc he was enrolled with vada/wbc programm does not mean that there wss random and high frequent testing. dev also clarified and said he was tested in the 8-10 weeks camps he had in his fights under the wbc programm. he was referring to outside of camp random testing wich wbc does not provide. this was also not the first time where fighters complained about lack of testing even under the wbc programm. again enrollment does not equal random and high frequent testing
