@Flipping_SFR Also, using the sponged look as opposed to 100% solid color can make a big difference in using a bold natural color.

@Flipping_SFR I stayed in a hotel this week that had the shower handle on the opposite wall as the shower head and it made me wonder why I lived my entire life without that convenience.

4 ways to make your shower feel luxurious: 1. Have multiple heads 2. Layer your lighting 3. Make valves reachable/operable without getting wet 4. Add a bench for shaving, etc.

Here are 3 kitchens we’ve renovated and the associated costs for material and install (not including rough mechanical/framing) Kitchen 1: Well over 100k Kitchen 2: ~32k Kitchen 3: ~15k

@Flipping_SFR Make sure you do the glass all the way to the ceiling and add a steam generator to create a steam room conversion

@Flipping_SFR Put a standard bathtub faucet at floor level to test the water temp with your toes first, then pull up the stopper with your toes. Makes a big difference in comfort for a small expense.

@RealJasonLarson Definitely does. The Reno on that entire house wasn’t 100k lol

@Flipping_SFR The spread here is what makes real estate interesting. That $15k kitchen in the right neighborhood probably delivers better ROI than the $100k version. Know your buyer and build to the market.
