Sorry that I died for a day! Apparently the tornado touched down south of us and some files became no longer readable to my pc with them being open & my pc trying to force a windows update during the power issues. Which led to me rerigging a whole model the past 1½ days ;;

@VtuberPaypig It is honestly so refreshing to see someone (and some others too) be more open about educating those who aren't aware of what they are getting into/interacting with, especially with findom/paypig. I am sure the unknowing SFW vtubers do greatly appreciate you explaining things!

IDK if I’ll stick around. I’ll keep promoting Vtubers I like and having fun for now. It also makes me feel a bit awkward that many don’t understand being a PP, getting stepped on etc is kink based, so getting DMs off vanilla sfw accounts doesn’t feel right. Please feel free to block me if you aren’t comfortable with it.

@SilfurVT That's been shocking me too! I've seen so many flocking to a certain person thinking they are only a money source, forgetting the dynamic does have expectations on their side too & isn't just free money.

Can’t help but feel a bit bamboozled at how a lot of vtubers are jumping into wanting a paypig without knowing what findom is because they think it’s free and easy money. This is still a transaction and commitment. Please do your research.

@NyxGothica That's understandable! I forget that something like that can be seen as complex to some consumers. I'm so used to finding workarounds for basic features since so many platforms charge for basic functions now lol

@Floofablue Thanks for the suggestion! However I need to prioritize which platforms are easier to work with for myself and I’d rather not add another layer of complexity to a simple product.

Wait... You have to pay for Canva Pro to export PNGs with transparent backgrounds? I don't think I would subject my clients to pay an extra subscription just to edit my templates... I think I'll just stick with Figma and PSD for templates then. Having to pay a subscription for a basic feature is ridiculous in my opinion.

@justfredimelda Yes, because artists are valuable people too, not just writers. My husband is an avid book reader/listener and will avoid writers entirely if they feature GenAI in any part of production, including their cover art. It's seen as spitting on artists if you use GenAI illustrations.

Will you refuse to buy a book with an AI generated cover providing that everything else is human written? #writingcommunity

*hangs out with friend with programs up & gets tornado warning* Less than a minute, lose power. Lose progress on files. The storm is really bad here. Things will have to wait.

To summarize the devastation here, I gotta redo all the custom textures I was making current & past clients now. No biggie but was really funny to see on launch! lol I am still loving this update regardless!

Cat's home was found yesterday! I've been a bit sick the last few days but trying to squeeze in multiple things! I also will have an official announcement to be posted today as well ✒️

Surprise! We caught a cat. We are going to see if they are chipped in the morning! They had bad fleas so I gave them a treatment. Also gave them grain free chicken wet meal & they have their own clean box for the night! They do have tons of small scabs though on their neck.

@emopumpkinspice Yea... I made that club for my friends mainly so we could play together in a way and the moment it gave new leadership for my inactivity from trying to focus on commissions & surgery recovery, the new owner only kicked me :/

@cypurrpunk I'll have to give it a shot on the smaller scale model I am making! I am making myself a Ferret model to use while I finish comms (I unfortunately gotta sell the rebrand model I was originally making ;;). I'll let you know if my brain doesn't mess it up lol

@Floofablue ooo yes that is what happened with me when i tried to do directly on meshes too! i am starting to rig using warp deformers only if the rigging has to be symmetrical! it should work if you try it on a warp instead

i was literally complaining on stream that i wish i knew how to make mouth shapes symmetrical... how have i gone 5 years without knowing about this window ;A; thank you momo!!!!!

@cypurrpunk Yea! My issue is if I try to reflect mouth blendshapes, it just breaks them. Maybe it's because I don't rig mouth parameters with warps and only on the artmesh itself? I only use Warps for head angle adjustments for the mouth.

@Floofablue i do it before adding any blendshapes at all, BS should typically be saved for the very very end when you are absolutely certain you dont need to edit the normal keyframes anymore!

I hope to one day have many vtuber friends who reach out to me (with me reciprocating of course) for anything really. Hangouts, collabs, co-working, etc. It just gets to a point I can't handle being the only one to always reach out & eventually stop. I wish it wasn't so common.
