@FloreadaCyto(Cytometry analysis) is the best piece of software i've seen in a while - simple, intuitive, elegant and fast - and they made it free for use by everybody(this is what gives me hope for humanity as the alternative is monopolised terrible bloatware for $$$)

@HassanMGE Offscreen events are outside the range of the axis scale you selected. Undefined events are undefined mathematically for the axis scale. For example, 0 or negative events are undefined with a logarithmic axis scale.

@JenningsSun413 You can overlay any subset of populations by dragging and dropping them onto a plot. You can also create a new pipeline by clicking the "+" in the Pipeline pane, and then manually dropping files that you would like to group together into the new pipeline.

@FloreadaCyto When I want to only show a subset of files in "All Files", I have to manually remove overlay that I don't want. And for each subset, I have to do this maneuver over and over again. So if there is an option to toggle them on and off, it would make making figures much easier. Eg
