Jackson Carnes scored the first and game-winning goal just 4:46 into regulation, while Filip Vitanov posted a 14-save shutout victory to push the Eels forward. They will play the Tampa Bay Juniors at 12:45 p.m. The winner of that game moves on to the Championship, while the losing team will have to battle through at least one more game to stay alive.
