New term I came up with is “Studio Slop”.
• Useless video breakdown tweets (showcasing video structure into intro/features/outro)
• “Guess who made it”
• “AI will never ever be as good as we are!”
All these are supposed to be lead magnets and they DO work. (I use them too)
But I feel like there’s a very limited leverage in this strategy.
This slop is ok if you keep it balanced.
But there’s no identity in this slop, there are 30+ studio founders and we’re copying each others

@semochkin_alex @relate_studio Well that's how it supposed to be
It the team Goal to satisfy the client👊
English

Every project is a shared responsibility at @relate_studio
Designers should support project managers, and project managers should support designers.
If a project manager does not send approved work to a client for any reason, and the client is expecting an update by a specific time, the designer should take responsibility and send the materials when necessary.
Likewise, if a project manager notices that a designer has missed part of the client’s feedback, they should step in and flag it.
We all have the same goal: a satisfied client.
In some studios, senior team members may consider themselves “above” certain tasks and say, “That is not my responsibility.” At Relate, no one is above the work required to deliver a great client experience.
Any task that moves us closer to that goal should be completed, regardless of whose job description it technically falls under.
