FPS spots repeating patterns in structural behaviour. A “pressure release” is one of them, it's a window where built up sell-side pressure turns into real market selling, often pushing price lower. Pressure "on" will usually translate to price increase where as pressure release or pause/unwind = price decrease. Make sense?
