@FlowhubCo ... I'm sure the hearing will take place, and they will make the formal decision to finally re-schedule cannabis from I to III, and it will officially happen. then several months from now, I will find out that the re-scheduling actually never even happened... just like right now.

The most significant federal cannabis hearing in decades begins next week. The DEA will hear arguments on whether cannabis should be moved from Schedule I to Schedule III, a change that would formally recognize accepted medical use under federal law and could eliminate 280E tax penalties for many state-licensed operators. The hearing is scheduled to run through July 15. The outcome could shape the future of cannabis policy in America.
