2000 Golden Passports were given away for the WPT $5 Million freeroll. Only 1457 actually played. I realize the passport didn't including accoms/flights etc, but hard not to see this as something of a fail that over 1 in 4 players who won a ticket worth $2500+ just didn't show?

Mystery bounties are the stupidest format of poker ever created. The more they take over schedules the worse. If people want to just call any two vs jams with chance of binking huge just offer them a table game with the same parameters? It’s very bad for low/mid stakes regs where the variance is infinite & also very bad for recs who want to “enjoy their tournament experience” of course I see the benefits of gambling side of it.

@cagyjan1 I think whatever has happened so far has been the needed path for the best final outcome. If it wasn’t I’d encourage us to switch strategies. Need to deliver on the next few games and get axie growing a bit again and we’ll be so solid.

How is it possible that Ronin is the third most used blockchain right now but seems to still be slept on? It’s because we’ve onboarded a totally different cohort of users than other chains. Our strategy is unique. Players first. Real adoption. Games and apps that work. No gimmicks. The trilemma that we’re solving is around how to make applications that are technically novel, fast paced and fun, and profitable to both build and use.
