I really doubt you would've followed them in 2026 with Chester anyway. This isn't the first time band members have died or lead singers have been replaced (while alive!!!).

You have moved away from my argument. I have nothing bad to say about anyone replacing anyone. If respect talent. By what you are saying here though…. Seems to me a new look and a new name would be fitting. In my eyes they aren’t fully Linkin Park without Chester…. That doesn’t mean i wouldn’t tune in if they did something new..🤷🏻‍♂️

@ConeheadCult @Flrdaboy @AishlingNYC Nah, Emily has received like 100x more hate. STP fanbase was incredibly small when Chester joined. Even smaller now. And his appointment was more controversial because Scott Weiland was fired like a few months prior to Chester joining. But sure, Emily is "evil."

Chester became the bands (Xero) identity.. by saying this i am in no way trying to cast shade on anyone attempting to fill those shoes. That idea comes from those responding to my comment. I stand by my statement. Chester was Linkin Park… and i wasn’t a huge fan, but respect the talent. If what you all opposing my view is true. Emily and the rest of the gang could pull off bringing Xero back…. In my view they are just riding coattails.. its jest my view friend.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Flrdaboy @AishlingNYC Technically he replaced Mark Wakefield for Linkin Park. And then he went on to replace the lead singer for Stone Temple Pilots. I should point out the irony in the fact that Emily is receiving the same treatment as Chester did for daring to fill in for another singer.
