Understand where you’re coming from but one piece is very different to other manga and Shonen…characters who’d usually get a lot of screen time in other Shonen and Manga in general…like Dragon, Shanks, Garp, Sabo and Koby (maybe a few others too) don’t get as much screen time in One Piece…so these characters can’t necessarily be considered “main characters” in the overall story…only the Straw Hats can (particularly the 5 east blue straw hats)
Dragon, Shanks, Koby, Sabo and Garp however can definitely be considered Final Saga main characters for sure

People are heavily misinterpreting that panel as some sort of “power scaling” or “importance” panel even tho it’s simply just a panel that focuses on where everything started going wrong for Imu which is why Imu says “this was all inevitable”
