@TylerFurStark Hit my literal breaking point recently and went to see a doctor to book myself in for Counselling last week, just gotta wait for them to book me my first appointment. I’m nervous as hell, but I know I need it. Glad you’re feeling more like yourself dude, I hope I can soon too <3

@FluffySnowmeow Why not start one? Companies that have fucked employees over: Gamestop, Hillstone restaurants, Whole Foods, and Amazon to get started.

There honestly needs to be a list somewhere of every company that has completely fucked over their employees during the covid-19 pandemic so anyone who wants to be able to boycott those companies can. And so their crimes against humanity aren’t washed over or forgotten

Out of curiosity for the future, who would be interested in seeing my other sfw art? Character concepts, landscapes, creatures, monsters, etc. it’s not necessarily going to all be furry or anything, but it’s the kind of stuff that I’m passionate about and want to work on more

@FluffySnowmeow It will get better a month usually but regaining mobility takes longer.

@IncineroarAD I only had each full cast for about a week so I basically got to take it off, clean my arm and hand and get a new one put on every 7 days essentially, so that wasn’t too bad. Plus it’s winter atm, not that it didn’t get hot too but it was much more manageable than summer

Got a new and removable thermoplastic brace/cast, it’s gonna be so nice not having to fist a garbage bag every time I shower now!

@hagurusean When they were cutting this cast to shape it they accidentally chopped it off but I didn’t use it much anyway so I said it was fine, they let me keep it though so I have a new stylus for my phone

@Baron_Wusky Yeah I actually tore my cast off a couple days before I got this one made, i wasn’t really supposed to but since I knew I was getting a removable cast soon I thought it couldn’t be too bad for me to have it off for a day. It was so uncomfortable

@FluffySnowmeow I was happy when I had the same when I broke my thumb, was much nicer than a sweaty cast. plus could take of it off so i could do physio

@buffarawolf Thankfully things broke in the ‘right way’ which means I managed to avoid needing surgery or anything too serious thankfully, it’s just gonna be many more weeks of wearing this and seeing a physical therapist to regain mobility in my fingers and stuff

@Gailardhia hard to believe that I just ignored it for a week before going to the hospital because it was straight up too swollen for me to tell how badly I hurt it, I was still using it during that time even

For those curious as to what happened to my hand, I have two metacarpal neck fractures in it like this. One connecting to the pinkie, and the one next to it connecting to the ring finger. (not my x-ray, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to get a pic of my x-ray's)

Just had a checkup at the hospital. Doctors were like ‘your cast can come off’ and I felt so free for like 10 mins before they said ‘jk you still need a cast’ and put me in another lol. now I have a claw hand

@smokinchips I have to start seeing a hand physiotherapist to gain mobility back in my fingers and stuff so my handshakes are gonna be STRONK
