@FlyFrontier I get it, you're a "budget" airline. But how do you raise bag fees, charge $25 for asking for help, lose my niece's luggage, have terrible in-house service, no customer service phone number, a horrible system for filing a claim, and STILL not find it 5 days later?

Took my @FlyFrontier flight. Ironically, it was exactly how I imagined. Flight delayed to maintenance issue and a lack of consideration to weather. Forcing 3+ hours more in the plane. Which was almost the duration of the flight.

@FlyFrontier Thanks for reaching out. My daughter & son in law just arrived on CA & no luggage. This was their only bag, as it is a short trip. Clothing, makeup, toiletries everything is in luggage. They are on way to hotel. If they are to purchase things, do you reimburse?
