Extremely disappointed by @flyjinnah poor service.Had my ticket cancelled arbitrarily,without any reason or warning.Found out at the airport desk that my ticket is cancelled even though payment was deducted from my account.Don’t over book &conveniently cancel solo passengers!

Fly Jinnah are SCAMMERS. Bought the “value bundle” ticket for FREE flight changes. Now trying to modify my ticket… Their system magically inflates prices so I still have to pay Rs 6,000 even though the new flight is CHEAPER than the original. 🤡 @flyjinnah What did I pay for?

@flyjinnah - flight delayed by 6 hrs yesterday. Ok, fine. It happens. But fallback options were chaotic - sms correctly stated delayed time. Call centre, email & online boarding card erroneously stated .5 hour delay. Mass confusion, multiple airport trips down Shahra e Faisal. 😡
